Welcome to VibeLink! By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VibeLink, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the app.

By using VibeLink's YouTube integration features, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

VibeLink allows users to convert and share music links across supported platforms, including Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Music. Some features are available for free, while premium features may require payment.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to use VibeLink for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, or exploit the app.
• You are responsible for any content you share via the app.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content in VibeLink are owned by Leonard Hawkes / VibeLink. You may not copy or distribute any part of the app without permission.

5. Premium Features & Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Your access to premium features may be revoked if payment fails.

6. Third-Party Service Authentication

Certain premium features (personal playlist creation) require connecting your accounts with third-party music services (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music). By connecting these services:

• You authorize VibeLink to create playlists on your behalf using:
  • OAuth 2.0 authentication for Spotify and YouTube
  • Apple MusicKit authentication for Apple Music
• We store authentication tokens securely in our database:
  • Spotify/YouTube: OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
  • Apple Music: Music-User-Token provided by Apple's MusicKit SDK
• You can revoke VibeLink's access to a connected music service at any time directly through that service provider's account settings (for example, in your Spotify, YouTube, or Apple Music security/connected apps settings)
• Stored tokens are permanently deleted when you delete your VibeLink account in Settings → Danger Zone
• We only use these tokens to perform actions you explicitly request (creating playlists when you convert links)
• We may access basic account or profile information (and your email address, if you grant that permission) from connected services strictly for authentication and playlist creation, and we do not access your listening history, private playlists, or other data unless you explicitly grant those permissions in the connection flow.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VibeLink at our discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

VibeLink is provided "as-is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app means you accept the revised terms.
