Getting Started

How do I convert a music link?

Simply copy a link from Spotify, YouTube, or Apple Music and paste it into VibeLink. We'll instantly generate links for all supported platforms.

What platforms does VibeLink support?

VibeLink supports Spotify, YouTube Music, and Apple Music. We can convert links between all these platforms seamlessly.

Do I need to create an account?

No VibeLink account is required for converting links. Simply paste a link and get instant conversions.

If you want VibeLink to create a playlist inside your Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube account, you may be asked to connect that platform account to authorize playlist creation.

Why am I being asked to connect Spotify / Apple Music / YouTube?

To create a playlist directly in your music library, these platforms require you to grant permission. This is a standard security feature — VibeLink never sees your passwords and can only access what you authorize.

You can disconnect your account anytime through the platform's app settings. Connecting is optional and only needed if you want VibeLink to create playlists for you.

Premium Features

What's included with VibeLink Premium?

Premium includes unlimited conversions, Apple Music support, and priority customer support. Free users get 3 conversions per day.

How do I access Apple Music links?

Apple Music conversion is a premium feature. Convert any link and you'll see a prompt to upgrade for Apple Music access.

How much does Premium cost?

We offer flexible pricing: $2.99/month, $29.99/year, or $49.99 for lifetime access. All plans include the same premium features.

Can I restore my Premium purchase on a new device?

Yes! Use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app footer to restore your premium status when switching devices.

Technical Support

The app says "No results found" - what's wrong?

This usually means the track isn't available on the target platform. Try checking if the song exists on Spotify or YouTube Music directly.

Links aren't converting properly - what should I do?

Ensure your link is from a supported platform and is a valid track/album/playlist URL. Try copying the link again from the music app.

Premium features not working after purchase?

Try restarting the app to refresh your subscription status. If issues persist, use "Restore Purchases" in the app footer.

The app is crashing or freezing

Update to the latest version from the App Store/Google Play. If problems continue, contact us with your device model and iOS/Android version.

Why does Spotify require 'tester access'?

Spotify's API integration is currently in development mode, which means Spotify only allows a limited number of approved accounts to connect. This is a temporary restriction while we work toward full public release.

You can request Spotify tester access here. Once approved, you'll be able to connect your Spotify account and create playlists directly in your library.

Privacy & Security

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store and Google Play. VibeLink never stores your payment details.

What data does VibeLink collect?
